Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with UK and EU consumer regulations. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, a different size), please contact us at brandmelabel@gmail.comwithin 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, you may request a refund instead.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of wear

  • Items without original tags

  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window
