All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Netherlands & Belgium:
Delivery takes approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch.

United Kingdom:
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.

International Orders:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and may take between 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs delays or courier disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. JS New Health is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processing.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, JS New Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
